SunniZiwaj is an online matrimony platform providing digital matchmaking, candidate discovery, and contact reveal services. We do not ship physical goods or tangible parcels to your physical address. All our products and services are fulfilled and delivered electronically.
1. Mode & Timeline of Delivery
All digital service packages (Basic, Standard, Premium, and Contact Quotas) are fulfilled immediately upon confirmation of payment:
Your purchased contact reveal quotas, messaging capabilities, and verified membership badges are activated immediately (within 1 to 5 minutes) upon successful Razorpay payment verification.
A digital transaction confirmation receipt containing your order summary, plan validity, and Razorpay Payment ID is generated on-screen and delivered to your registered Email and/or WhatsApp number.
2. How to Access Your Service
- Log in to your SunniZiwaj account with your registered credentials.
- Visit any verified Kerala Sunni candidate proposal.
- Click "Reveal Contact" or "Send Message" to directly utilize your active quota.
- You can track remaining quota balance and plan expiry anytime under Account > Quota or the member settings menu.
3. Shipping & Handling Charges
Because all services on SunniZiwaj are delivered electronically over the Internet, there are zero shipping fees, zero handling fees, and no physical courier charges associated with any purchase on our platform.
4. Service Activation Delays or Issues
In rare instances of bank network lag or delayed webhook communication, if your account does not reflect your purchased plan within 10 minutes of payment debit, please do not worry.
Simply send your payment details (Razorpay Payment ID & registered mobile number) to support@sunniziwaj.com or message our WhatsApp concierge. Our team will verify the payment log and activate your plan manually within 2 to 4 business hours.
