1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SunniZiwaj("the Platform"), an independently operated matrimonial service built to help Kerala Sunni Muslims and Malayali families find compatible life partners for lawful Islamic marriage (Nikah).

By registering an account, accessing, or using SunniZiwaj, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To register an account on SunniZiwaj, you must meet the following mandatory conditions:

• You must be of legal marriageable age according to the laws of India and your country of residence (minimum 18 years for females and 21 years for males under Indian Law).
• You must belong to the Sunni Muslim community and have a genuine intention to seek marriage (Nikah).
• You are legally eligible to marry and are not prohibited under any applicable civil or personal law.
• If creating a profile on behalf of a son, daughter, brother, sister, or relative, you must have their explicit consent and authorization as a parent or guardian.
• The platform is exclusively for matrimonial matchmaking. Dating, casual encounters, commercial solicitation, or unauthorized networking are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Authenticity

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• SunniZiwaj reserves the right to review, request identity verification, and suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

As a user of SunniZiwaj, you agree to maintain high moral standards and Islamic decorum. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Harass, intimidate, stalk, or send unsolicited vulgar or inappropriate messages to any candidate or family representative.
• Misuse unlocked phone numbers or contact details for non-matrimonial or commercial spam purposes.
• Capture, copy, screenshot, or distribute photos of candidates without their explicit consent.
• Create duplicate fake profiles, upload unverified identity documents, or impersonate other persons.
• Demand or negotiate dowry through the platform.

6. Platform Role & Due Diligence Disclaimer

SunniZiwaj operates strictly as a matrimonial connection facilitator to help individuals and families discover potential proposals.

• While we take reasonable measures to verify candidate details, SunniZiwaj does not guarantee the complete accuracy, character, background, financial standing, or family lineage of any member.
• Candidate & Family Due Diligence: Members and their families are strongly advised to perform their own independent background checks, personal inquiries, and verification before proceeding with any matrimonial alliance or formal engagement.
• SunniZiwaj does not guarantee that using the platform will result in marriage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SunniZiwaj, its founder, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, interactions with other members, or inability to access services. Our maximum total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by you to SunniZiwaj in the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
